Santa's Grotto Experience
Make magical Christmas memories at Royal Navy Museums: Hartlepool this December and meet Santa and his elves in a festive grotto experience
Get ready for a festive and fun day out and meet Santa and his elves in his Christmas Grotto, where he will be collecting letters and pictures to take back home to the North Pole. Children will also receive a special gift for them to take home and a hot chocolate to enjoy during their visit.
Visitors can also enjoy Royal Navy Museums: Hartlepool decorated for Christmas, perfect for some festive family photos.

Join us for this fun, festive experience on the 12th, 13th, 19th or 20th December.
Tickets for Santa’s grotto are £9.50 per child.
All visitors must also have a valid museum ticket for this experience.
All tickets for the Royal Navy Museums: Hartlepool are valid for a whole year!

There is no age limit for Santa’s Grotto, so children of all ages are welcome.
Up to two parents or carers can accompany each child into the Santa experience.
Yes. Santa’s Grotto is an exclusive experience for museum ticket holders. If you already have a valid museum ticket, you can purchase the Santa experience separately. If you don't have a museum ticket, you can purchase your museum admission and Santa experience together.
Yes. Both the craft and storytelling room and Santa’s Grotto have step-free access.

Santa will be at Royal Navy Museums: Hartlepool, TS24 0XZ. There is plenty of free parking on site.
An elf will welcome you on arrival and lead you to the craft and storytelling room. You can enjoy the activities and storytelling before being called through to meet Santa.
